We may all be connected but we are also all seperate individuals. It is a matter of degree and magnitude. We all live on the same planet, but we also all live in different countries, citys, houses, clothes, etc. The more local, ideally the more significant to our lives. I resist the Borg ideal (Star Trek reference) of humans being or becoming part of a hive-like collective where individuality becomes secondary to the collective. That is psuedo science, psuedo metaphysics or whatever, and it is dangerous to health and society.
