With proper planning, could eight adults,their children and unrelated sperm donations be sufficient? Could greenehouses be made sufficiently biosecure to provide sunlight and sufficient supplement for bunker space?

Such an approach would not provide a backup for most existential risks but it might address bioerror and crude biogenocide, two of the more plausible near-term risks.
