Technology: Expert technologist with over 18 years experience, specializing in complex systems engineering. Deep knowledge of Win32 (.NET, MFC), Unix/Linux, and major database platforms. Built the core of the Microsoft SoftGrid infrastructure virtualization product; awarded three U.S. patents (6,763,370, 6,374,402 & 7,017,188). Built significant portions of the infrastructure that plays local ads on U.S. cable television. Extensive architecture experience.
 
Project Management: Deep understanding of risk management, quality improvement, and business process improvement methodologies. Versed in basic corporate accounting and taxes. Formal project management methodology training.
 
David earned his BS (with high distinction) in Physics at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1992. His MQP (Major Qualifying Project) in quantum physics won several awards (including the Provosts’ Award) and was later incorporated into Chapter 6 of Finite Element and Boundary Element Applications in Quantum Mechanics by Dr. L.
