The facts of the case:

During the 60's, a program titled the "Tuskegee Experiment" was created for African-American men that had been diagnosed with syphilis. These men were unknowingly given experimental drugs and told they were being treated for the STD. These men were not treated for this disease and when some of them found out, they were also told they will not be treated by any other health clinics.

My conclusions:

My conclusions about this case that it was racially motivated. I do think that these men should've been told that they were given experimental drugs and not being treated for this disease. Unfortunately there are no laws that would have made any clinic/doctor treat any of these patients.

Future environment:

I am not sure if there is anything in the future from preventing this from happening.

Future scenario:

Although there are still no laws to prevent this from happening, I do see where most of these issues now tell people the nature and also have them sign consent forms.
